Everything Else You Need to Know
How much does a website cost in Kenya?
Our websites start from KSh 35,000 for a 5-page business site and go up to KSh 300,000+ for enterprise-level custom platforms. The price depends on the number of pages, features (e.g. M-Pesa payment, WhatsApp chatbot, eCommerce), and complexity. We provide a detailed quote within 48 hours for every project.
How long does M-Pesa integration take?
A standard M-Pesa STK Push integration takes 3–5 business days. A full M-Pesa API suite including B2C and C2B with testing takes 7–10 days. Timeline depends on Safaricom's go-live approval process, which we manage on your behalf.
Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot that speaks Swahili?
Yes. All our AI chatbots support both English and Kiswahili. We configure the language detection automatically so your bot switches based on what the customer types.
Do you offer payment plans for your services?
Yes. For projects above KSh 75,000, we offer a 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers, we bill in advance on the 1st of each month via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
What happens after my website goes live?
All Tijwa websites include 30 days of free support after go-live. After that, we offer monthly maintenance and SEO retainer packages starting from KSh 8,000/month. We also provide training for your team to manage basic content updates.
Do you work with businesses outside Nairobi?
Absolutely. We work with businesses across Kenya — Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika and beyond. All discovery and project meetings are done via Zoom or WhatsApp. We deliver 100% of our work remotely.
How do I know if I need a mobile app or just a website?
If your customers need to log in, track orders, make repeat transactions, or access offline features — you need an app. If you primarily need to be found on Google, showcase your services, and capture leads — a website is sufficient to start. We offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide.
